We walked into the restaurant two hour before closing and the whole place smelled of cleaning products and all but a 4 booths had been closes while they mopped the restaurant...then they came and mopped with the strong cleaning product at our table...it smelled awful...they said they were sorry but they all wanted to leave at closing not stay after closing so they were cleaning then.....you cant eat with cleaning fluid wafting strongly into your nose......we wont be back...at least at #27

Use to enjoy Tom's #27. Unfortunetly spoke to the manager Carlos Ruiz on the phone and explained the experience. After letting him know the chef salad was bad (had cucumbers that were dark in the middle and salad that was old) and had me in the restroom. There was no professional answer or remark, instead an ATTITUDE. It is ashame to have a manager that does NOT care about his customers. They say if a good experience you will tell a few, but a bad experience you will let everyone you know. Customer service is just not what it use to be. Give the management position to who will take pride in their business and take care of the customers 100%. Common sense will tell you, your customers will keep coming back and keep you in business.

I used to love going to these restaurants, but since they have made some changes to their menus and milk company I stopped going. The food taste different and the pint of Knudsen milk was spoiled. I have been going to these restaurants for some time now, but will not return till the food changes back and the other milk company is back.
